At Nuswantara Tour Travel, the safety and comfort of our guests are our highest priorities. However, travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
Personal Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before joining any of our tours or using our transportation services.
Your travel insurance should ideally include coverage for:
- Medical expenses
- Emergency evacuation
- Personal accident
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Loss or theft of luggage and personal belongings
- Flight delays or missed connections
- Adventure activities (where applicable)
Nuswantara Tour Travel does not provide travel insurance as part of our standard tour packages unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
While we exercise reasonable care in organizing tours and transportation, Nuswantara Tour Travel shall not be held liable for losses, injuries, delays, damages, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Volcanic activity
- Extreme weather conditions
- Landslides or flooding
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Road closures
- Flight cancellations or delays
- Mechanical failures beyond our control
- Illness or injury sustained during travel
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit for the chosen itinerary.
Outdoor Activities
Many destinations in East Java and Central Java include hiking, waterfalls, volcanoes, mountains, forests, beaches, and other natural attractions.
Visitors acknowledge that outdoor environments may present hazards such as:
- Uneven terrain
- Slippery paths
- Steep inclines
- Wildlife
- Changing weather conditions
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of guides at all times.
Third-Party Services
Some services are provided by independent third parties, including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, national parks, local guides, and tourist attractions.
Nuswantara Tour Travel acts as a booking coordinator for these services and cannot accept responsibility for acts, omissions, delays, or service failures caused by independent providers.
